When we first met with Endurance—six years ago—we discussed a simple redesign of their website. But as we began studying the company and working with its stakeholders we realized that they needed a much stronger infrastructure to successfully establish a strong brand presence in the extended auto warranty industry and diversify their revenue streams.

But vehicle protection plans shouldn’t be. We took a direct approach to messaging for the Endurance websites and digital campaigns, and made clear the differences between Endurance and auto insurance – a point of confusion for customers.



The Perfect Spokesdriver

To give the new brand a face that customers could connect with, we brought on Courtney Hansen. Courtney’s girl-next-door personality and credibility as the host of Spike TV’s PowerBlock, made her the perfect spokesperson.

We planned, wrote, storyboarded, and art directed four national commercials, ten radio spots, and about a dozen car maintenance vlogs featuring Courtney.
